We started Lynn Solutions because business owners deserve better financial support.
Too many business owners hire a bookkeeper and end up doing the work themselves anyway. They chase reports. They catch errors. They wonder if the numbers are right. They babysit the financial side of the business when they should be running it.
Lynn Solutions exists to fix that.
TJ and Stephanie built Lynn Solutions around a simple idea: business owners should be able to hand off the financial side and trust that it is handled — accurately, proactively, and without needing to be managed.
Over five years and 20+ clients, that idea has turned into a firm that serves growing businesses across Washington State. From professional services firms to contractors and trades businesses, from roughly $1M businesses to $50M+ operations — the common thread is owners who needed more than basic bookkeeping and found it at Lynn Solutions.
We are based in Tacoma and serve clients remotely across Washington, with a public focus on Washington businesses.
MEET TJ
The person behind the numbers.
TJ is the primary point of contact for Lynn Solutions clients. He is the person you will talk to during your consultation or financial review, the person managing your engagement, and the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
TJ brings a systems-minded approach to the money side of a business. He does not just close the books — he looks at how the financial side of the business runs and fixes the parts that are not working. That means catching tax issues inside QuickBooks before they become expensive, building AR trackers that give owners real-time visibility, reducing recurring invoicing errors to virtually zero for multiple client workflows, and taking over financial processes that used to cost clients tens of thousands of dollars a year.
He is calm, direct, and thorough. He does not over-explain to prove competence — he just handles it.
